Systems Engineer
Agena Space team develops key technologies for future satellite platform and strategy for in-orbit service missions, provides system engineering studies, and supports product manufacturing and integration on the platform.
Making space an agile journey is our moto. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Systems Engineer.
Your role will involve managing interfaces between subsystems, issuing requirements, and directing compromises.

Be responsible of:
Systems engineering for space systems during development phases.
Coordination of spacecraft engineering activities, including the identification of analysis, development, and testing activities.
Elicitation, review, and allocation of technical requirements, including compromises.
Design of spacecraft and engagement in compromises between space/ground systems.
Support for the preparation and execution of technical projects and internal and client projects.
Must have
2 to 5 years of experience in the above-mentioned fields.
Professional experience in several areas of satellite or payload design such as mechanics, thermal, AOCS, avionics, etc.
Excellent skills in detailed technical communication in both directions to/from the satellite and the system engineering team across all disciplines.
Excellent technical and programmatic communication skills in both directions to/from client representatives and internal project management.
Ability to simplify and explain, as needed, to the audience with quality and concise information.
Ability to synthesize information.
Fluent English, any other language is an asset.
